Strawberry Shortcake is special because it reminds me of my childhood. My mom loves Strawberry Shortcake & my sisters & I played with a massive vintage collection of SS dolls at my aunt’s house growing up. My mother also had little strawberry Shortcake milk glasses & mugs that I loved drinking out of.
So, the idea of a vintage Strawberry Shortcake party for my daughters first birthday theme just made sense to me & made it extra special.
Each place setting had a pink berry basket with a vintage strawberry shortcake post card & paper strawberry goodie bag shaped like large strawberry I purchased off Etsy. The post cards also were from Etsy. The pink berry baskets were from Amazon.
Each table had a vintage Strawberry Shortcake doll that my mother-in-law gifted Adlee.
Chicken Salad Chick catered & I made Adlee’s smash cake & cake topper, as well as the mini strawberry shortcake dessert cups.
The strawberry photo banner was a digital download from Etsy & the flower arrangements were something I put together in mason jars using a bouquet from the grocery store.
I purchased puzzles of Adlee’s face from CVS Same Day Printing & each table put together a different puzzle as a party game. No one finished as the puzzles were pretty challenging & have many pieces so beware but still such a fun Idea and great keepsake.
If you have any other questions about the party, I would be happy to answer them in the comments!
