They are moving right along! I hardly get a chance to document the journey because they are building it so fast 😅
The kids call it “the gingerbread house” out of confusion with our new Gingerbread Shed at @deckthehallsxmastreemarket
So now we just call the new build our gingerbread house 🤷🏼‍♀️😂🥰

When I left to work at our Christmas Tree Market @deckthehallsxmastreemarket yesterday there were no walls up, when we came home late from working last night we saw this!! It kinda felt like Christmas morning to me 🥹🥰 I can’t believe how quickly they got this much up! So much happening right now in a whirlwind, I don’t even have time to process everything 😅 thankful for smart phones & apps that help me quickly capture moments & save them here in our digital photo album to look back on & share with family & friends ☺️

“Pop-pop” pulled up in his work van to bring me a gift he got me at the exact moment I was about to tackle toddler hand prints in wet concrete all by myself. He ended up giving me more than my XTRATUF boots gift that day. He gave me these captured moments that I otherwise wouldn’t have been able to get. & watching the kids crawl around his work van eating snacks & candies reminded me of a time where I did the same in my dad’s work truck 🥹💛 My heart!

I woke up early, eager for the still quiet hours before the kids wake up, to spend with God.

I was studying & praying when I heard my phone ding.

It was my mother, wishing Jefferson a happy birthday!

Jefferson turned 4 yesterday & it was a beautiful, chaotic, exhausting, full-of-love day. 💛 His party is Saturday & He looks forward to continuing the celebration 😂 as does his little sis, for whom we had to relight his candles for last night & sing happy birthday to her too. (she also got wrapped presents from family who don’t want her to feel left out 😅)
